Description Of ItemThe notes start with 'Why is Parturition more difficult in the human?'. The content is the same as SJY/1/1/4/6 up to p83 in that volume, 'Causes of Malpresentations'. The volume then includes notes on anaesthesia: moral and medical objections, composition of anaesthetics, why chloroform etc. Also at the rear of the volume are lists of questions on parturition dated December 1842 to April 1843.
