Have acted as Medical officer of Arnsbrae Red Cross Auxiliary Hospital (50 Beds) for last 4 months. My term of service there has just expired - my panel patients number over 750 but cannot be sure. I have been in practice here 25 years one of the medical superintendents of county hospital, Alloa, (24 Beds) am taking my share of the practices of two of the Alloa's doctors at present on war service

Additional information: P.S Some time ago I offered to take 12 months service anywhere with the troops. The local committee however seeing that two general practitioners from alloa are already serving did not see their way to grant me permission. I am willing to do whatever is asked of me.
