Additional information: [Letter written at back of form] Though I am returning this registration form as one who does not hold a commission, as a matter of fact I do hold a commission as Captain in the Territorial Force (Sanitary Service) dated 1st Jan 1909. The chief duties of such sanitary service officers are to give advice as to water supplies, suitable sites for camps etc in the case of a threatened invasion of the part of the country in which the officer resides.
