Description Of ItemCutting relates that the unnamed 'King of all Dwarfs', a Spanish man reputedly fostered by the Viceroy of Manila, was taking visitors at his residence at Savile House, Leicester Square. Having recently married a woman from Birmingham, the Spaniard was planning on travelling to Europe once his wife was returned to health.
