| Description Of Item | Following the establishment of a new Spens Committee (1947) appointed to advise on the remuneration of specialists the College formed an ad hoc joint committee with the other Royal Scottish Corporations in order to present combined evidence. The papers here mainly consist of correspondence relating to an invitation from the Spens Committee to the College to submit its own evidence - an invitation which the College declined. Does not contain any minutes. |
