The drawings are in pencil or pen and ink although some, starting from the rear, are printed. They have all been pasted into the volume. Some are captioned and some include a scale to indicate size. Written on the flyleaf is the inscription 'Hic liber olim Viri Docti D Roberti Sibbaldi Eq. Aur. fuit, et multorum rariorum apud nos piscii icones continet'. |
