Description Of ItemIngredients listed in the recipe are: ‘serpentine’ [artemisia dracunculus, also called tarragon].
It recommends to take the juice of this herb and to pour it in the nostrils or to dip a linen cloth in it and place it on the sore.
This sickness was also known as hidden cancer, or cancer absconditus, and caused skin ulcers.
