Description Of ItemFrom the collection of Thomas Laycock. First part of an article discussing the connection between cerebral tumours and amaurosis. This gives a case study of seven-year-old Cornelia de Liefde who suffered vision loss as a result of a brain tumour. The article is continued in DEP/LAT/1/56/10. There is also the end of an article discussing treatments for various conditions, an article about the building of gasworks in populated areas and a section of an article about the effect of HO2 (hydroperoxyl) on blood.
