Clipping on intermittent purpura simplex. Discussed patient, young boy, who had swelling in the legs, ecchymotic patches, and a fever at night. Described treatment of iodine of iron, hops and walnut leaves, ferruginous chocolate, ferruginous water, Bordeaux wine, and a nutritious diet.
