'John F: Aged twenty-three, was admitted into the Surrey Lunatic Asylum on the 26th June, 1841, from a private asylum, in a state of Dementia from epileptic fits. In this case, the fits arc of very frequent occurrence, and are generally attended by a disposition to commit acts of violence. A few hours seclusion in his sleeping apartment, however, is generally found to be sufficient to restore him to tranquillity.' |
