The clinical cases start on p18 and as with the other volumes have a heading, the patient's name, age and treatment and a separate list of medicines. On the flyleaf is a name, possibly William Gossip, who may have taken the notes. Also included are two letters from R W Innes Smith who donated the volume. No index. |
