TitleMedical and other objects of Professor John A Strong
Date[19th / 20th century]
Description Of ItemThese objects were deposited by Elizabeth Strong, the daughter of John Strong. It is unclear whether all these items were used by Strong in his medical practice or whether they were collected by him. It is possible that some of the items may be connected to the Aesculapian Club as Strong collected material on this subject (see DEP/AEC/6 for the manuscript material related to the club which Strong collected).
