The diary is of a nurse at the Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh who had been trained at St Thomas' Hospital and was bringing in improvements to the wards. It is not an original diary as the volume is not 19th century. The handwriting does not look like Haldane Tait's so it may have been copied by someone else. Includes typed sheets on waste disposal and parasites. |
