Presented in 1971 by Dr. C.W. Clayson on demitting office as President and engraved ‘Presented to the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh by Christopher Clayson, President 1966/70’. Specially commissioned and made in Chipping Camden by Henry Hart, with the lid chased by his father, George Hart, who died in 1973 aged 91. (Quarterly Minutes 1971/75, p.14). |
