| Description Of Item | Seven nitrous oxide ('laughing gas') canisters, two of which are rusted and flattened, presumably by being run over by a car. Canisters were found discarded in a car park in Inverkeithing, Fife on 26 August 2023.
Note: canisters have been checked and confirmed that all are empty and discharged. |
