DescriptionKindley qualified MB ChB from Leeds in 1972 and gained a Diploma in Child Health in 1974. He became a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London in 1991, of Edinburgh in 1995 and of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health in 1997. He was also a member of the British Paediatric Neurology Association. He was consultant paediatrician to Fairfield General Hospital in Bury and senior registrar to Alder Hey and Walton Hospital in Liverpool. After moving to Aberdeen, he was clinical director of the Raden Centre, a nursery for children with special needs. He was also consultant paediatrician to the Aberdeen Royal Children's Hospital, at the same time serving as honorary clinical senior lecturer in Aberdeen community child health.
