Routine correspondence indicating attendance at meetings was not retained except where there were few or no other papers. The invitation gives the name of the chairman, guest of honour and agenda. Additional correspondence concerning the invitation of guests of honour and membership were filed outwith the meeting papers series and can be found at AEC/4/53-56. |
