At the front are notes dating from 1958, presumably taken when Ashworth was a junior doctor. Some of these notes are observations of ward cases, some appear to be lecture notes, others are notes from medical publications.
The second section of the notebook is a diary which dates from 1997 to 2008 detailing Ashworth's activities and health. |
