These letters were originally in an envelope folded inside a piece of paper listing the letters sent to Andrew Duncan by his brothers James and Alexander. Seven letters are listed: three letters dated May 1820 and October 1822 from James; and four letters dated 1803, 1816 and 1818 from Alexander. The 1822 letter from James and all the letters from Alexander are missing. |
