Description Of ItemAn incomplete history of Spain and Gibraltar from the time of the Moors and a description of Spanish women (he quotes an old Ceuta [?] saying 'a compleat woman ought to be English to the neck French to the waist Dutch below and hands and feet Spanish'). This may be part of his diaries at HAL/2/5. It is written on the reverse and across pages 122-133 of an article on childbirth particularly relating to the placenta.
