The numbers on the slide relate to the number in the album although in PHR/4/19 the photographs are not arranged in number order. These are followed by a series numbered 30-138 (with gaps); some unnumbered including ones showing the treatment of Pott's disease at Sea Breeze Hospital, New York; tuberculin skin test, and an 1897 case from ward 23 of the Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh; and a further series of nine slides which are captioned and include the case of von Recklinghausen, elephantiasis and fibrous pendulum. |
