| Description Of Item | The notices differ according to the type of meeting but can include the agenda, a precis of the talk given, proposed members and a list of office bearers. Also included are lists of office bearers for each session. Each notice had a proposal for membership form attached. There is also a bundle of these which give the name of the proposed member, the proposer and the seconder 1922-1934. Also included in that bundle are two letters of thanks at having been made members. For other membership records see STS/1/4. |
