Description Of ItemPapers relating to 'Health Lectures for the People - Fifteenth Series No 3 - Milk as a vehicle for the spread of disease' by James Foulis. The notes start with a newspaper cutting of a letter by Foulis to the Evening Dispatch, dated 4th December 1896, on the incidence of scarlet fever along the route of a milk cart from Amour's Dairy selling milk from Inverleith Mains Farm. Foulis includes a chart of the cases and their addresses which is replicated in the cutting. Five of the pages are the same paper as is in the notebook at FOU/3/7/2.
