Details how Mr Macnamara suggests chloral hydrate as a treatment of tetanus. Details how a female patient, suffering from sleeplessness, was put on half a dram of choral – but the lady increased the dosage herself to 2 drams. An overdose of the chloral resulted in great nausea and stomach sickness.
