He feels that aspersions have been cast on him by medical men in the city that he did not attend cholera cases when asked to and feels he should publish the details of cholera cases under his care. He has also invented a machine to restore the circulation of cholera patients. He encloses a separate list of cases with patients names and including the 18 who recovered.
