Each chapter is in a separate envelope, one for each chapter but including contents; preface; President's foreword; acknowledgements; appendices B, C and D; epilogue; and quotations, contents etc. There are two envelopes for most chapters (one inside the other); one for Dr Craig and the other for Miss Eaglesham who retyped the chapters after Craig's revisions. Some envelopes contain letters concerning the sourcing of images, references etc dated 18th April 1973-31st July 1974. The chapter envelopes are dated 1973-1974. |
