Two mounted photographs and a small snapshot attached to a visiting card with the name Dorothy Tylor, Wellington, Somerset (see also KWS/1/8/6); typed copy of case book entries for Gertrude S Tyler, admitted to Holloway Sanatorium 17th August 1905 with details of family history; handwritten case notes including some details of DP [possibly Daisy Pullen]; letter to Dr Wilson from A G Gibson, Oxford concerning Professor Osler's examination of Tylor; letter to Dr Wilson from H P Symond, Oxford writing that Tylor had been seen by Professor Osler who thought it was disseminated sclerosis; letter from A G Gibson asking for details of the post mortem and a section of the liver if cirrhotic; letter from M Tylor including notes on Sylvia's case at Virginia Water, 1907; and letter from M Tylor asking for the name of her sister's disease for insurance purposes, March 1911.
