Relates to the circumstances, and Mr William Payne’s (London City coroner) assessment, of Mr Henry Vernon’s death by apoplexy. Vernon was arrested at 127 Fleet Street while unconscious under false claims of intoxication, then died in hospital the following day. Recommendations from the jury included.
